Windy Hill Venue is the perfect place to stage Functions and events. With spectacular city views and overlooking the famous Windy Hill Oval, our function rooms are designed with style and practicality. Our venue boasts 3 function Rooms, all overlooking the spectacular city skyline. Our Function facilities are very popular and can cater for any desired occasion, from weddings to birthdays, business seminars to Cabaret show performances. We have a dedicated and experienced function team to assist and organise such entertainment and events.

The Premiers Room is located on Level 1 and is our largest function room. With the ability to cater for up to 200 people at any given time, the room encompasses a large Bar, Bain Marie compatibility, kitchen facilities, elevator access, dance floor, Storeroom and sound system. A very popular room most commonly used for the staging of Cabaret and entertainment shows. Lighting plays an important fixture to the Cabaret Shows we foster. Our venue has an assorted range of lighting effects that can create a warm and intimate feel, or an explosive, action packed scene.

The Hi-Marque Room is located on the 2^nd floor. Fantastic city views and overlooking the windy hill oval make this room an intimate setting for special occasion. Fresh decor and looking amazingly modern, the Hi-Marque room features a bar, preparation room, private entrance from the elevator, dance floor and sound system. Catering for crowds of 40 - 100, the Hi-Marque room often plays host to birthdays, engagements, and business seminars.

The Legends Room has recently been renovated providing the opportunity to now be hired out as a function room. Magnificent floor to ceiling windows offer a picturesque view of the Windy Hill oval and city skyline. The room is very popular at dusk when the city lights hold prominence in the sky. Complete with bar, plasma TV’s and dance floor the Legends Bar is the perfect room for small birthday celebrations and business meetings, accepting crowds of up to 80 people.

The Essendon Bowls Club located in Raleigh Street is a great venue to hold birthday parties and special celebrations. Seating for up to 150 people, the Bowls club features a Bar, dance area and sound system capabilities. A great place to hold a function, where you can self cater.

The Essendon Football Club Hall of Fame is available to stage a function or event. Decked out with rich history of Essendon past players and memorabilia from current players, the Hall of Fame offers an extraordinary function space that will undoubtedly leave lasting memories with all whom attend your event. Availability to cater for up to 80 people.
